1. Subject of this privacy policy

The protection of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) is a major and very important concern for us. In the following, we would therefore like to inform you in detail about which data we collect and how it is processed or used in the following, as well as which accompanying protective measures we have also taken in technical and organisational terms.

According to the EU data protection basic regulation you have the right to get free information about your stored data at any time as well as the right to correction, blocking or deletion of these data.

The extent and nature of the collection and use of your data differs according to whether you visit our website only to retrieve information or to take advantage of services we offer:

a) Internet use

For the purely informational use of our website, it is generally not necessary for you to provide personal data.

In fact, in this case we only collect and use the data that your internet browser automatically transmits to us, such as:

  • Date and time of access to one of our Internet pages
  • your browser type
  • the browser settings
  • the operating system used
  • the page you last visited
  • the amount of data transferred and the access status (file transferred, file not found) such as
  • We collect and use this data during an informational visit exclusively in a non-personal form. This is done to enable the use of the Internet pages you have called up, for statistical purposes and to improve our Internet offering. We only store the IP address for the duration of your visit, no personal evaluation takes place. This data is not merged with other data sources, and the data is deleted after a statistical evaluation. According to the decision of the European Court of Justice of 19.10.2016 (Ref.: C 582/14), this is also permissible in view of the Telemedia Act.

b) Use of services or data for the fulfilment of tasks

If you wish to make use of services we offer, it may be necessary for you to provide further data. These are the data which are necessary for the respective processing. You may provide further information voluntarily; we mark it accordingly as optional.

The collection or use of your data is for the purpose of providing the necessary service you requested.

Your data may be passed on to service providers supporting us for the aforementioned purpose, which we have of course carefully selected and committed to comply with data protection law. These may in particular be technical service providers or dispatch service providers.

Your data will otherwise only be passed on to other third parties if this is permitted by law or if we have received your explicit consent to do so.

Beyond the processing of the services you requested, we would like to – of course only if you explicitly agree to this at a separate point.

5. Use of cookies

For our Internet presence we use the technology of cookies. Cookies are small text files that are sent to your browser by our web server during your visit to our website and are stored on your computer for later retrieval. We also use so-called web beacons (invisible graphics). Through these web beacons, information such as the visit to our web pages can be evaluated. 6. Right of revocation and objection

We would like to point out that you can revoke any data protection consent you may have given us at any time with effect for the future. As far as legal requirements for the collection of data exist (e.g. list of architects), there is no right of revocation.

7. Use of statistical tools

Google Analytics
It is important to us to design our Internet pages as optimally as possible and thus make them attractive for our visitors. To do this, it is necessary for us to know which parts of it reach our visitors in which way.

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics also uses cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On our behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide further services to us as website operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet.

The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other data from Google.

8. Data security

We also use technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data that is collected or collected, in particular against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or against attack by unauthorised persons. 9. Deletion deadlines

We only store personal data until the purpose of the data storage is no longer applicable, as long as no legal retention periods or limitation periods of data that may be useful for legal prosecution prevent the deletion (in this case the processing of the data is restricted in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO).
